We will ship internationally, and our default service is First Class International through USPS. There is no tracking available with this service.
Tracking

available with USPS Express Mail International (EMI), with rates starting at .75; or other more expensive USPS shipping options, and if you need to track your package, contact us first and we will send you a revised invoice reflecting this change in shipping
. In some situations USPS First Class packages have taken as long as three weeks to a month to arrive, so if you do make a purchase please consider this.
Canadian customs has been delaying some packages up to 4-5 weeks!

If you have not heard from us within 24 hrs. it's probably because our emails are being blocked, as we are very consistent with our correspondence.  We have had a lot of emails returned from both Yahoomail and Hotmail so be forewarned. And again, please allow up to 5 business days from the expected shipping date before inquiring about your purchase, and please include your information (ebay username, item number, etc.) in any such inquiries.

Our feedback system is set up to automatically post positive feedback upon confirmed and cleared payment.
We are always available and willing to resolve legitimate issues amicably, and our stellar feedback rating proves that.
If you decide to post a neutral or negative feedback for us without contacting us first, you will be blocked from any further purchases. All
threats
of negative feedback will be met with permanent blocking from further purchases. We don't have the patience or demeanor to put up with feedback extortion or rudeness/hostility/snarkyness from anyone. Returns/Exchanges
Defective or incorrectly sent merchandise will be replaced at no cost to you. If you order the wrong item, upon receipt of the item, we will refund you minus actual shipping costs, no restocking fee will be charged. Please use due diligence and feel free to ask questions regarding compatibility before you buy.

We normally have a large inventory of every item listed so there's no need to feel you have to  use "buy it now" on something because you think we might run out.

"Ask Seller A Question" drop down menu. If you want to ask us a question, be it about ANYTHING, please please please just use the "OTHER" topic at the bottom or we won't be on here much longer. We wish more than anything to be able to continue to offer great bargains on ebay but when a customer just asking a question or letting us know we sent the wrong item or whatever can effectively shut down our business then things need to change. Same goes for returns; if you want to return something use the "OTHER" topic instead of ebay returns. We will always make it right with our customers.
