This is carded batt, not roving. The best for needle felting, and great for wet felting also. Virtually no VM.
To add color to your projects, use my NY State Farm Carded Batt which is offered in over 30 colors. Or dye with acid dyes.
This core wool batting is top quality and felts quickly and easily.
