This listing is for 2 oz. of top-quality glow-in-the-dark polyester fiber for spinning yarn — this super-soft fluff is bright white under regular light/daylight, glows bright green in the dark, and glows light blue under blacklight! This super-soft fiber has a slightly crimped texture and a staple length of about 2 inches, just a bit shorter than the usual staple length of Merino wool locks.
For the brightest glow-in-the-dark effect, "charge" this fiber by placing it in direct sunlight or any other bright light for at least an hour. This glow-in-the-dark fiber is made from the same plastic and phosphorescent pigment as glow-in-the-dark wall stars, Halloween cobweb fiber, and many similar glow-in-the-dark products. The glow-in-the-dark (phosphorescent) and UV-reactive (fluorescent) effects of this fiber are permanent and will not wash out.
