Delivery details

We accept return for any reason within 60 days after buyer receives the item(s). We are not responsible for any return or exchange after the warranty period has expired. No exceptions. The return policy is a little different for different circumstances: If we send you the wrong item or the item is damaged the time you receive it, we will cover all the costs associated with return or exchange. But it is required that you provide a photo to show us the problem first. All the return/exchange items must be in original package. If buyer doesn’t like the item or purchases the wrong item by mistake.Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee and we ONLY offer refund of the item price only (shipping and handling fee is not refundable),a 20% restocking fee will be charged for free shipping item. All the return items must be new and in original package. Buyer should ensure that the products are not used or tried. Any item in poor condition will not be credited. When buyer receives a defective package or the package is lost during transit, please email us immediately so that we can help you to solve the problem ASAP. Once we receive your email, we may file a damage/loss claim against the carrier (only apply to UPS/Fedex).
